I have been horrible with pumping and breast feeding on a regular schedule and my milk supply started to decrease. I ordered this product a couple of weeks before returning back to work. To my surprise, within 2-3 days, I have increased the amount of milk I am able to pumo out! It doesn't matter if I pump every 6 hours or every 3 hours, I have enough to feed my baby and store.
