September Photo Contest

The Rules

• Contest is open to adults over the age of 18 in the USA (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Sorry, no international entries will be considered.
• When photograph is submitted by email, your email will be signed up for the GotBreastPump.com newsletter. You may unsubscribe from the email newsletter at any time. Your email address will never be sold or used for any solicitation purposes by a third party.
• Please make sure each image is at least 640 x 480 pixels.
• Photographs taken by professional photographers cannot be considered. By submitting photos to the contest, you verify that you are the copyright holder for each photo submitted and have the legal authority to assign reprint rights to GotBreastPump.com for the purpose of this contest.
• Please be sure to include your baby's name and age in the email and a little about them (what they like to do, what their favourite toy is, etc.), as well as your own name and state of residence.
• Judging (by GotBreastPump.com) will happen on October 15, 2009. Winners will be notified via email; they will be announced on the web site October 15, 2009 or shortly thereafter. All decisions are final.
• By entering, you agree to allow GotBreastPump.com to display your submitted photos on the web site (http://www.GotBreastPump.com) for the purpose of displaying the results of this contest and promoting this or future photo contests.
• Winners will receive their prizes 2-6 weeks after notification.
• Any and all photos submitted to GotBreastPump.com will become the property of GotBreastPump.com and may be used in other media or advertisement (website, pamphlet, etc.) as deemed necessary by GotBreastPump.com.
