Secure Shopping

We take every precaution to ensure that your credit card information is secure using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), the industry standard security protocol.

The website is loaded through a secure URL at checkout and customer information, including your credit card information is SSL encrypted.

For payment transmissions we use a the latest industry standard, a payment gateway with Paypal - a leading service provider.  The secure SSL connection is also used to transmit payments to the credit card processor.

All of your ordering and personal information is encrypted using secure servers for maximum protection.

GotBreastPump.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.

Please be assured that your personal information is private and is never shared or sold to anyone at any time.

Sales Tax

GotBreastPump.com is required to collect sales tax in Louisiana at 9%.

Shipping

Insurance is optional, but I cannot be responsible for loss or damage during shipping. Occassionally USPS has misplaced packages; if this occurrs, we cannot ship another item without the purchase of a new one from you.

We ship most items via USPS First Class. Most items can be received within 4 days; however we have experienced delays of up to 14 days. So, once the item is shipped, we cannot be responsible for loss or the amount of time taken. We do provide USPS Priority and Express for an additional charge. These methods of shipping may take less time to receive and there is more information for tracking. Also, we do provide optional insurance at a small, additional charge to you. If an item has been lost by the USPS, the insurance will help to pay you back, however, may take several weeks for this to occur.

For international shipping, we provide various choices to ship your item. The lowest cost of shipping most items is USPS Priority. This method provides no tracking or insurance. If your package is lost by the USPS, we cannot send any additional items to you without a new purchase from you. Some packages can be misplaced during the customs process, and we cannot bear the cost for this. Also, we have experienced shipping times for international between 1 week to over a month due to customs. We cannot be responsible for the shipping time and again USPS Priority gives no tracking for your package and you may not have any idea where the package is at any time. Although, the cost may be greater, you may want to choose USPS Express or UPS. Both of these methods should get your item to you quicker, will provide you with step-by-step tracking, and will provide with included insurance.

If an order is refused at time of delivery, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs back to GotBreastPump.com and any other costs that occur during the delivery process.

If a package is returned to GotBreastPump.com due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer or a request for a different address than at time of checkout, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. If a free shipping coupon was applied, it will not be valid due to the error on the customer's part, and the customer will be charged for all shipping costs.

Duties & Taxes for International orders: International orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes that are imposed by foreign governments. GotBreastPump.com has no control over this. When applicable, you will be required to pay these duties and taxes for your country at the time of delivery. If you refuse or abandon your package, no refund will be issued.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our 30-Day no questions asked return policy applies to all items in our store. To return an item it must be returned in its original unopened packaging.

Simply print out the return/exchange form, fill it out and include it with your return.

  • If your return is not due to our error, we will ask that you assist with the additional shipping costs, which will consist correct postage for United States purchases (international sales, please contact us for additional shipping charges).
  • Returns should be new, in the original unopened packaging with any tags attached and free of any cigarette smoke or odors with full contents. Refunds will not be issued for damaged or opened boxes that are returned.
  • We will process your return promptly and will remit your refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within thirty (30) business days of our receiving your return.
  • If you received free shipping on the original sale, and the item is returned, you will receive a refund with the actual shipping costs taken out.
  • If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
  • If your purchase is found to have a defect, please contact us before returning the item. The item will need to be sent directly to the manufacturing company so we will need to provide you with this information.
  • If you send an item back, it is recommended to insure your package and purchase delivery confirmation so that you can be assured that it has safely arrived. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything about returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
  • There are a few items that need to be returned to the manufacturing company rather than to GotBreastPump.com.
